🐾 Our Guarantee:
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. All custom-made collars and leashes are covered under a one-year warranty for hardware defects (including screws, rings, and snaps). If you experience an issue with hardware within this timeframe, let us know – we’ll either send replacement hardware or rebuild your item at no cost to you.
📌 Please Note:
While we craft our gear to be strong and durable, our warranty does not cover damage from chewing, excessive wear, improper care, or misuse (including BioThane being chewed through, using for tie-outs, etc).
📌 Proper Care of Biothane:
To maintain the integrity and longevity of your gear, proper care is required. Damage resulting from improper cleaning, chemical exposure, chewing, flea collar interaction, tie-outs, neglect or misuse is not covered under our warranty.
