What We Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. Here’s exactly what’s covered, by product type.
Hardware Warranty — All Collars and Leashes
All custom collars and leashes are covered under a one-year warranty against hardware defects, including screws, rings, and snaps. If hardware fails during normal use within that timeframe, contact us at jenni@corascaninecollective.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll assess what’s needed and make it right.
This warranty does not cover hardware damage from chewing, tie-out use, or misuse.
Artwork Collar Warranty — HTV and Vinyl Designs
Artwork collars are covered for one year against peeling that occurs under normal wear conditions — everyday walks, regular outdoor use, and occasional swimming with proper rinsing after water exposure.
To submit a claim, the collar must be returned to us for inspection at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and inspect the collar, we’ll determine whether the peeling is consistent with a material or application defect or with wear outside our care guidelines. We’ll communicate our findings and next steps promptly.
This warranty does not cover peeling or damage caused by:
- Abrasion from rough terrain, brush, or hard surfaces
- Scratching from nails, teeth, or other animals
- Tie-out use
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, bleach, or flea collar chemicals
- Buildup from infrequent cleaning
- Repeated extended soaking without rinsing
- Washing machine or dishwasher exposure
- Storage in a hot vehicle or prolonged exposure to high heat
- Tight folding, kinking, or improper storage over time
- Prolonged UV or sun exposure
- Normal color change or minor fading that occurs with general wear over time
This warranty assumes the collar has been cared for in accordance with our Artwork Collar Care Guide. Failure to follow care instructions may void coverage.

Rhinestone Collar Warranty — Stone Setting
Rhinestone collars are covered for one year against stone loss resulting from defective setting or application. Every stone is individually hand-placed into a rimset and sealed with resin backing — if a stone comes loose because of a failure in that process during normal everyday wear, send it back and we’ll fix it.
To submit a claim, the collar must be returned to us for inspection at the customer’s expense. We’ll assess whether the stone loss is consistent with a setting defect or with wear outside our care guidelines and communicate our findings promptly.
Please note that rhinestones are glass crystals. They can scratch, cloud, or break from impact with hard surfaces — this is the nature of the material, not a defect in the collar. This warranty does not cover:
- Stones lost or damaged from impact with concrete, pavement, or hard objects
- Scratched or clouded stones from abrasive surfaces
- Stone loss from tie-out use
- Damage from a dog or other animal chewing the collar
- Color loss or damage from prolonged natural saltwater exposure
- Damage from harsh chemicals or flea collar exposure
- Stones lost during unsupervised wear or rough play
This warranty assumes the collar has been cared for in accordance with our Rhinestone Collar Care Guide. Failure to follow care instructions may void coverage.

General Exclusions
Across all product types, warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage from the dog’s nails, teeth, or other animals
- Tie-out use of any kind
- Flea collar chemical exposure
- Damage caused by skunk spray, DEET, or other penetrating chemicals
- Neglect or failure to follow the relevant care guide
