A vibrant neon pink backing is wrapped in a teal 1.5″ top layer, anchored by a colorful feather print. Crystal rhinestones wave across the face of the collar and along the border, catching light from every angle like little sparks of wild energy.

Each collar is made to order and handcrafted for your dog’s exact neck measurement, with an adjustable 3 inch range total (1.5″ on either side of the middle hole to allow for tightening or loosening as needed).

HOW TO MEASURE
Please follow the measuring guide shown in the listing images.
• Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your dog’s neck where the collar sits.
• Ensure two fingers fit comfortably between the tape and neck.
• Record the measurement in inches.
