🐾 Our Guarantee:
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. All custom-made collars and leashes are covered under a one-year warranty for hardware defects (including screws, rings, and snaps). If you experience an issue with hardware within this timeframe, let us know – we’ll either send replacement hardware or rebuild your item at no cost to you.

📌 Please Note:
While we craft our gear to be strong and durable, our warranty does not cover damage from chewing, excessive wear, or misuse (including BioThane being chewed through, using for tie-outs, etc).
